Project 1: Hue and Value
I chose to do a blue monochromatic painting because I felt that it was the correct tone or mood for my piece. I also chose the blue hue because it's range of value and chroma is very beautiful and true to its hue.

I made multiple versions, not sure which one to choose. The last one's color is off, so disregard that.
