Project 2: Vibrating Edges

  1. The strengths of your project would have to be your color choice. Your choice to make the green shapes be influenced by nature, like flowers and leaves, was very affective and I think the delicate lines of the darker pink that you put in the flowers and in between the other shapes really gives the dissonance that the project is about. I would be interested in seeing how the vibrating edge would be affected if you made the green shapes larger. I suggest doing this because I feel like the relationship between the two colors is looking like green shapes on the pink background instead of two separate (but equal in the amount of space they take up) shapes.

  2. Very organic, I like the fact that the design is very spaced out and how it flows across the paper. But it seems that I don't see another shade of green or red . ,ah e I have to look closer but it's a little hard to tell. Maybe add more hue or chroma into one of the greens and reds and then it would be a little more easier to see it. Other than that i really like it a lot. The design is complex in its own way which is also good as well. As I stare more and more I see the difference but it's pretty hard to see . It reminds me of Christmas time also ^_^
